Maggie
We got our wonderful little Chihuahua (Mabry's Magnolia Blossom...also known as Maggie and a few OTHER things besides!) from Mabry's in mid-September, 2006. Maggie was born on July 4 of that year, and she has been a source of delight to us from the first moment. I became suddenly very ill at the end of October 2006, and coming home from a week in intensive care to our furry *kids* was wonderful, especially feisty little Maggie who cuddled with me during my long recovery and made me laugh even on the hardest days. She's amazingly intelligent, she learns quickly, and she is the undisputed boss among the other pets here. We have another Chihuahua, a standard Schnauzer and a large shepherd mix dog in addition to Maggie, and two adult cats. The cats seem to feel that it's incumbent upon them to teach Maggie to behave properly, and as she is full of mischief, sometimes it gets pretty exciting. Mostly, we want to thank Mabry's for making it possible for us to have this sweet little bundle of love in our home. She is a VERY special dog, and we cherish her. -- Maureen and Family






Isabelle
Isabelle (AKA Izzy Wizzy) is doing wonderfully - she is the sweetest little girl. Her demeanor is very calm, she rarely barks and is a very "laid back" chick. She loves to be in a lap and have her tummy rubbed. We cannot imagine our life without her. Thank you for letting us bring her all the way back to Augusta. She is a little doll! Niche
Three and a half years ago a special little bundle of fur joined our family and it has been wonderful ever since! Before finding our little Niche (neechee), I searched for months online to find a reputable breeder that I could trust. Bella
My husband and I went searching high and low for the perfect Chihuahua breeder in NC during the summer of ’06. We came across Mabry’s online and as soon as we saw Bella, a female fawn with black mask Chihuahua (Litter of Axle and Ella); we knew they were the right breeder for us. I soon began exchanging emails with Ashley and found that she was so informative, personable and easy to communicate with. We put a deposit down to hold Bella and I explained my upcoming surgery and concern that we would not be able to pick Bella up until the end of September. Ashley was more than happy and willing to work with us on that and she sent me updates on Bella every few weeks including adorable pictures of her. When we began our 3 hour trip to pick Bella up from Mabry’s we were somewhat nervous being that we had never met Ashley before but that soon disappeared once we arrived. They welcomed us into their home and we could truly see that not only Ashley had a passion for raising Chihuahuas but her husband as well. Ashley introduced us to Bella’s mom, dad and grandmother. From the day we brought Bella home to now, she has been such and incredible addition to our family. I want to thank Ashley for breeding such a sweet natured and fun loving puppy. Bella is full of energy, and loves to give kisses. She also hardly ever barks which for us is an added bonus. We love her dearly and highly recommend Mabry’s to anyone in search of a sweet and well nurtured Chihuahua.

Fievel
Ashley is one of the sweetest people that I have ever met! Her kindness is evident in how she treats people as well as how she treats all of her dogs. I have never had such a wonderful experience buying a puppy before, but it is soon an experience that I will not forget. My little male puppy, Fievel, was born in June to the proud parents Tony and Penny. I was looking for a little male Chi playmate for my litttle guy Bleu, and I could not have found a better person to work with nor a better puppy! Fievel is such a sweetheart! His personality and temperament is perfect match for Bleu and my family. I would recommend Ashley in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking at getting a Chihuahua puppy. Teddy and Rocco
My Husband and I ran across the Mabry website early 2006 and we fell in love with an adorable tan and cream coated puppy with a little overbite! We gladly welcomed him into our home and named him Teddy! We had Teddy for almost a year when we decided to give Ashley another call. We then again fell in love, this time with an adorable brindled baby and we named him Rocco! Rocco had a little overbite and over the almost 11 months that we've had him, he has just grown into the cutest dog alive! His little tongue sticks out pretty much all the time, and we just love how silly he looks when it does! Between Rocco's little tongue sticking out and Teddy's bottom teeth occasionally sticking out, we just couldn't be prouder Chi parents!! Ashley was so great and her home was filled with love both times we visited her! Frida
Thanks to Ashley, we welcomed Frida into our home in 2005. Ashley made all the necessary arrangements for Frida's flight, and provided a wealth of information regarding her care. And, most importantly, her involvement did not end after the adoption. Instead, Ashley called to find out if Frida had arrived safely and to offer further support. She also wanted to make sure we were happy with our new puppy. Frida has matured into a loving, playful and delightfully bossy little lady. And yes, we are very happy!!!! Sage
All I can say about Sage is that she is my favorite. I have many animals but she tops the list. We looked at 100's of puppies when I finally found Mabry Chihuahuas there was no question in my mind that I was getting a puppy from Ashley the only question for me was which one.

We picked Sage and I just love her so much. It's been 2 years and I still keep in touch with Ashley. She is a very caring and a responsible person. I could not recommend her more highly. If my husband would let me I would get another. :)

I became a Chihuahua enthusiast over 13 years ago when I purchased my first male, smooth-coat Chihuahua. Over the years, my love for this breed has grown, leading to adding another smooth-coat female approximately 4 years ago. Mavise & Joanie
Almost exactly 9 months after our wedding, we were blessed with two little perfect bundles of joy - from Ashley! We couldn't be any happier that we chose Mabry Chihuahuas to start our family.

I had just lost the best chihuahua in the world when my husband found the Mabry Chihuahua website on the Internet. I fell in love with Zoe when I saw that beautiful brindle face on the Internet. I told Ashley the dog I had just lost was very loving and a wonderful lap dog and I was looking for a new puppy to try and fill some big paws. Zoe has a wonderful personality, she is very loving, a good snuggler and excellent at giving her Mommy kisses. I could not have found a better dog anywhere. Chip

In September 2006 we lost our wonderful Chihuahua, Cisco. We were crushed to say the least. Cisco was our first Chihuahua and we knew he would not be the last. We fell in love with the breed. After we lost Cisco, we only lasted four days till we knew we had to get another one. We went online and found the Mabry Chihuahuas website (they were locared only an hour from home). They had the most delightful chocolate longcoats for sale. After an email and a couple phone calls, we were on on way.
When we saw "Chip" our hearts melted. He had the cutest face we had ever seen. His little underbite gave him the look of Gizmo (the character from Gremlins). Chip is very loving, smart, loves to play fetch and as you can see has grown into a beautiful adult. He knows the name of his toys and will get whichever one you tell him to. He spins in circles and rolls over when he wants something. We cannot imagine life without him.
